Refund & Return Policy

We care a lot about your peace of mind while you're shopping with us, so that's why we're offering you the following solutions if you find yourself in an uncomfortable situation. 

Want to cancel/ edit your order? 

Our main goal is to process all orders quickly and flawlessly. So, if you would like to cancel or edit your order, please email us to support@foxstark.com within 24 hours of placing your order. The sooner the better because once the order is processed, we cannot make any changes as it's already on the way. 

Having issues with your item(s)? 

We want people to feel supported and happy when they come into contact with our brand. That's why we want to hear from you whenever you're having an issue with our product. 

We can offer you a replacement if you're facing one of these two very unlikely situations: 

1. Item received is different from the one that you ordered; or

2. Item is damaged. 

In cases like these, there's no need to return the item(s). Just send some images/ videos to support@foxstark.com showing us the problem and we'll be able to process your request. We strive our best to make it as easy as possible for you!

Note: Please make sure to contact and send us images/ videos within 60 days after you receive the item(s). Any requests after this period will not be eligible for a replacement. 

Would you like to receive your money back? 

We'd be very sorry to hear that our item(s) is not meeting your expectations. In such cases, please contact us at support@foxstark.com and show us some images/ videos of what the issue is with the item(s) you've received. 

We would like to understand why you're not satisfied so that we can improve our items and overall service next time!

Want to return the item to us? 

We would like to encourage no returns policy. However, if you have any issues with the item(s) you've received, please contact us at support@foxstark.com as we address exceptions on a case-by-case basis. 

Let us explain this a bit more: 

One of our core values is that we take care of the environment whenever we are making any business decisions or actions. 

We would like to reduce the number of returns because we're aware that encouraging returns has a significant negative impact on the environment: extra materials are used for repackaging, the additional transportation burns more diesel fuel, increasing carbon dioxide emissions, and landfill waste are increasing. 

We want to lead by example and encourage our customers thinking about our planet while shopping.
